Floating window shape

Portrait covers less of a map held upright; landscape shows more side-to-side road context. Switching briefly restarts the camera.

How to use this on your ride
  1. Mount the phone on your side mirror knob so the back camera faces forward, uncovered.
  2. Open Mirror Cam, tap Start camera, and allow camera access.
  3. If more than one back lens is available, tap through Lens options above and compare the preview.
  4. Pick Landscape or Portrait for the floating window shape.
  5. Tap Go floating — a small floating window with the live feed appears, and settings lock so nothing shifts mid-ride.
  6. Switch to Maps or any other app as normal — the floating feed keeps playing live.
  7. Tap Stop in the app (or swipe the floating window away) when you park. Fully closing/force-quitting the browser will always end it too — that's true of any app's floating window, not just this one.
